What the meeting is for:
You learn about my style and what to expect from our meetings
We identify the context you would like to explore and how you would like to do that.
If we decide to work together, I will send you an email for setting up an appointment to start our exploration together.
Options
Depending on your needs and preferences, I offer the following options:
Stand-alone coaching sessions: 50 minute meetings, usually over Zoom.
Package: 4 coaching sessions, 50 minutes each, along with the YouMap questionnaires to help start our exploration into your strengths, values, interests and skills.
YouMap alone: if you want to do some self-exploring on your own, you can take the YouMap questionnaires and follow the exercises in a workbook without coaching
Cost
Stand-alone, 50-minute coaching session: $90
Package including YouMap tool and four 50-minute coaching sessions: $450
YouMap tool without coaching: $130
